HISTORY
Lupe Blakeley opened the first Alterations Unlimited more than 20 years ago. Over time, her love of fine details and textiles became an upscale custom window coverings shop, known as Drapes Unlimited. In recent years, the business grew into full-service custom interiors, what is now known as Capricho Interiors. With a perfect mix of design personalities, our team provides an exciting, sincere approach to professional design services and high-end home furnishings.
In January 2015, Capricho Interiors relocated to a new retail store location in south Lubbock to provide clients a unique shopping experience.
Capricho strives to keep it interesting with an ever-changing selection of in-stock furniture, accessories, lighting, rugs, bedding, and other home items available to indulge your home.

With years of retail experience in the luxury market, Lupe offers clients a personal approach to home design. Through travels and continued interest in the industry, Lupe carries a sophisticated sensibility that clearly translates to her personalized design projects.

Once the owner of a local waste business, Jim’s combination of ‘real world’ experience and entrepreneurial spirit helped turn a drapery boutique into a full service furniture store. Lupe and Jim’s dedication to the business and their clients makes Capricho one of a kind!
HEATHER OSBORNE
DESIGNER
Heather received a Bachelor of Interior Design and minor in Architecture from Texas Tech University. She has been styling spaces with Capricho since we opened our corner studio doors in 2008. Creating beautiful spaces for clients is her passion.

HOME STYLIST & SALES
Joining the team in 2017, Sam has become a cornerstone to Capricho. Clients love her warm personality and sense of style. Her retail experience began in a seaside town in Maine where she worked in a local design store. She loves helping her clients create timeless, traditional spaces.
